2. Accounts

Accounts are optional. You may use the site anonymously. If you sign in via Clerk you are responsible for the security of your Clerk-managed credentials. You may delete your account at any time by emailing [email protected].

3. Acceptable use

• Do not scrape the site outside published rate limits or attempt to circumvent them.
• Do not submit malicious payloads to the feedback or email capture forms.
• Do not redistribute article or news content beyond personal study without written permission — the underlying corpus is covered by separate licences.

4. Content

Articles and lesson content are written and curated by Yamiyomi. News content is sourced from third parties and reproduced under fair-use educational excerpting. We will remove specific articles on rightsholder request to [email protected].

5. Liability

Yamiyomi is provided without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site, including but not limited to loss of saved deck items, failure of the email capture pipeline, or service outages.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date will reflect material changes. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes arising from or in connection with these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Germany.
